Mr Vijaybhasker Srinivas
Head - Operations

Vijaybhasker holds a post-graduate diploma in Rural Management (equivalent to an MBA) from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and a Bachelors degree in law. He has been with LifeSpring Hospitals for over 10 years now. Before joining LifeSpring Hospitals, he has over 15 years of experience in rural development, particularly in the fields of promoting demand for services, livelihood promotion using SHGs, and monitoring and evaluation. His experience spans several parts of India and various vulnerable communities. An accomplished trainer, he has been a resource person for training over 3,000 individuals. He is experienced in designing management systems, describing/ detailing processes and monitoring processes.

Mr Subba Rao
Head - Finance & HR

Mr. Subba Rao has extensive experience in accounting in a range of industries, including health care, infrastructure, and consulting. He has been with LifeSpring Hospitals for 14 years now. Before joining LifeSpring Hospitals, Mr. Subba Rao has over ten years of experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, Taxation functions, and Statutory / Internal audits. He received his B.Com from Nagarjuna University and his I.C.W.A. from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, where he graduated in commerce.

Asha K
Asst. Manager (Data Processing & CRM)

Asha has over 11 years' experience in managing data and reporting. Soft spoken but firm, she looks after the Customer Relationship Management at LifeSpring Hospitals.
She is an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and provides the data processing support to help management take decisions based on data analysis.

Balaram Naidu G
Dy. Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Balaram Naidu had 15 years experience before joining LifeSpring Hospitals. After graduating in Commerce from Andhra University, he started his career as a Branch Manager in Dr Rama’s Institute for Fertility for their Guntur Branch, where he shouldered P&L responsibility. After gaining an experience of about 4 years, he was promoted and worked as Asst. Manager in Accounts & Finance in the Corporate Office of Dr Rama’s Group of Insitutions, Hyderabad, which has interests spread across Healthcare, Real Estate & Multimedia.
Balaram joined LifeSpring in January 2021.

Asst. Manager (Business Coordination)

Gayatri has over 6 years experience in coordination and facilitating management control over operations. She holds MBA in Finance from Osmania University.
She is a good singer.

Mahesh Chander
Business Head

Mahesh Chander holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance Management(eq.MBA) and a bachelors degree in commerce. He has more than 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Management positions. Mahesh held these positions across various domains that include Banking, Communications and Hospitals. Before coming onboard LifeSpring, Mahesh Chander was with Suraksha Childrens' Hospital as a Manager(promotions). Earlier during his stint with Praja Co-Operative Urban Bank he held Passing Officer and later Asst. Manager Positions with Bankers Cheque/DD signing authority. Born and brought up in Hyderabad, Mahesh Chander has a great understanding of the culture and is excellent in crisis-management and versatile in all domains.

Omkar M
Asst. Manager

Omkar manages all IT assets at LifeSpring Hospitals. He has attained deep knowledge and good expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, including laptops of various generations. He is good at networking.
He graduated in Statistics, and completed several short courses related to hardware maintenance, networking and server management. He is also a certified Lenovo Engineer. He is a good self-learner and tries to troubleshoot several items that are not directly related to his duties.

Rajya Lakshmi M
Asst. Manager (Purchase & Accounts)

A Commerce Graduate from Osmania University and completed Diploma in Taxation, Tally ERP9 and SAP FICO. She has 17 experiences in different fields like MIS Executive at Idea Cellular, as a Sales Coordinator at HDFC Bank, as an Admin Manager at Healing Fields Foundation (NGO) and also worked as a Senior Assistant at Polavaram Project Authority.
Played key role in establishment of new office of Polavaram Project Authority at Hyderabad. Handled CAG audit of accounts, procurements and inventory management, coordinated for all financial and administrative aspects with various divisions.
M. Rajya Lakshmi joined Life Spring Hospital in the month of June 2022.

Office Assistant

Ramaswamy is one of the first set of employees who was assigned to LifeSpring Hospitals by HLFPPT, which started the pilot. He is the point person for stock and medical records store. In addition, he helps with several aspects of day-to-day tasks at the office. His knowledge of a variety of service providers in Hyderabad / Secunderabad is a great asset when it comes to getting things done on time.

Sajeev, A R
Manager (HR & Administration)

Sajeev has over 20 years of experience in the fields of social mobilisation of vulnerable communities, administration, social marketing, and public relations. He has been a member of LifeSpring’s team since April 2019. Before joining LifeSpring, Sajeev worked in HLFPPT in various capacities. He also had international exposure and worked as an Administrator in Power Waste Management at Qatar. Sajeev did his MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University.
In his spare time, he likes playing with his two daughters and spends a lot of time in social spaces.

Sobha Rani Ch
Manager (Process Audit)

Sobha comes with an experience of being a Nurse in some of the highly regimented and accredited hospitals, as well as that of training Nurses. Before joining LifeSpring, she held leadership positions in Nursing Department in King Khalid Military Hospital, Saudi Arabia. She is associated with LifeSpring since Dec 2017, before which she had post-qualification experience of 18 years.
With her balanced approach, she can both guide the nurses towards better process complaince as well as motivate them towards being more sensitive towards the maternal- paediatric nursing needs of the pregnant and post-natal women/neonates. She is also interested in understanding individual psychology with a view to change health seeking behaviours for better health outcomes both at their personal and family levels.

Suresh K
Business Head

K. Suresh holds Masters in Business Administration(MBA) in area of Finance and Masters in Commerce (M.Com) from Osmania University. He has 12 years of cross functional experience in Monitoring Operations, Quality Accreditations, Risk Management and Business Development in Health Care Industry. Suresh is trained in ISO 9001:2008 as a Lead Auditor to ensure compliance with process and statutory matters. Before joining LifeSpring, Suresh was the Data Processing Officer in State Government of Andhra Pradesh CM Peshi for monitoring Irrigation Projects.

Venkateswara Rao P
Accounts & Finance

Venkateswara Rao has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, MIS and Banking. He has been a member of LifeSpring’s team since October 2008. Before joining LifeSpring, Venkateswara Rao worked in one of the Units of the Care Group of Hospitals, as an Assistant Manager of Finance and Accounts. There, he was responsible for the entire Finance and Accounts Division. Prior to Care Hospitals, he served at Kalyan Cooperative Bank, Hyderabad for 6 years. Venkateswara Rao graduated with a degree in Commerce from Andhra University in 1995.
In his leisure time, he enjoys playing with his daughter and participating in Anna Dan programs at Temples.

Varun Kumar is a qualified Company Secretary with 9 years of post-qualification experience. He is also Senior Manager (Secretarial) at HLL Lifecare Ltd.
